What Causes Throbbing Sensation In The Left Rib Cage?

I am a 33 year old female. Relatively fit and healthy 5ft 7" and 63kg. I have had the pulsating sensation below my left hand rib cage, it looks from outside like when you are pregnant and your baby kicks).
I have been in a lot of pain in my lower stomach with cramps etc over the last two weeks and have been bleeding just as long.
I had my appendix out in 2010.
It's has been accompanied with frequent visits to the toilet to pass watery stools and I have been feeling light headed, dizzy and nauseous. Also my breasts are very tender and my lower back is aching. It is made worse by eating any meals that may contain oil or anything like milk etc.
I put it down to stress as I am not sleeping very much ATM however I wouldn't mind a proper opinion. Thank you :)

Detailed Answer:
hi.
thanks for posting question at HCM.
i thoroughly read your question and understood your concern.
Firstly, do NOT take any pain-killer ( analgesic ) on empty stomach and for a pain associated with eating habits, unless advised by a medical practitioner.
secondly, differentials for your current scenario:
1. gastritis 2. pancreatitis 3. pain associated with gas and bloating
4.gallstones ( if pain also felt on the right side below rib)
5. gastroenteritis
6. functional pain
i would advise you to have following tests done and reports maybe posted here or visit treating physician:
1. Blood routine test (CBC)
2. CT or ultrasound abdomen
3. Urea Breath Test for h.pylori
4. stool test / culture
meanwhile,
1. ingest plain yogurt
2. avoid fat-rich oily food and dairy products
3. avoid beverages and junk food
4. ingest small meals ( white bread, fruits )
5. OTC oral rehydration solution maybe ingested to avoid electrolyte loss
wish you good and sound health.
hope to answer your concern
regards
