Brief Answer:
It might be Inguinal Hernia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The way you describe seems to be Inguinal Hernia .
An inguinal hernia occurs when soft tissue — usually part of the membrane lining the abdominal cavity (omentum) or part of the intestine — protrudes through a weak point in the abdominal muscles. The resulting bulge can be painful, especially when you cough, bend over or lift a heavy object.

-It might be caused from heavy lifting.
A physical exam is usually all that's needed to diagnose an inguinal hernia.
An abdominal ultrasound might be necessary to exclude other possibilities along with an urinalysis.
The treatment is surgery.

I recommend to consult a physician and get examined.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have any additional question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Kidney stones.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

In this case it might be related to urinary tract problems or digestive tract issues.

It might be due to a stone in urinary tract or a kidney condition. You may have frequent urination , urgency, burning pain during urination.
Other possible causes include :
-Diverticulitis
-Severe constipation can be a cause
-Pancreatitis

A physical examination is very important for the diagnosis so you should consult a physician and get examined.
You also need to do some tests:
-Urinalysis
-Abdominal ultrasound
-Complete blood count
If these test result normal you may need a colonoscopy.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any additional question or doubt to clarify.

Regards!
