What Causes Tightness In Both Feet Right Behind The Toes?

Question: I have tightness in both feet right behind the toes. There is no swelling or discoloration. This also makes my toes tingle, like they are "asleep". This has been going for several months.
Here is some background on other health issues I have/had as I am not sure if any of these relate to the feet problem.
I was a heavy drinker (beer) and recently went through a rough self-detox. I have not drank anything for 3 weeks and have no desire to in the future after my hellish self-detox.
I am also being treated for severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks for which I take pills for.
I also take pills for high cholesterol and blood pressure.
