I read your question and i understand your concern. Prolonged sitting on its own is discomforting and distressing and does not necessarily mean a pathology. However, if it may help, you may request some work up, abdominal ultrasound, urine routine exam etc to sort it out. Good diet and lifestyle, use of laxatives if constipation, some antispasmodics if cramps , some tylenol, a lot of fluids and rest will help. Avoiding prolonged sitting is advised. Do yoga pilates , stretching exercises, jogging, leave the chair every hour in work for at least 5 minute and stretch out. These slight supportive care remedies will sort it out and fix it.
