Supportive care and dose adjustments
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness has many causes. In your history of low blood pressure , this is likely cause. Hypoperfusion and low supply in brain can cause this fainting and dizziness episodes. You need to adjust the dose of atenolol as that is the cause of this dizziness too. In nutshell low blood pressures due to atenolol are causing this dizziness which will respond to dose adjustments. Also with three surgeries for bladder cancer , weakness and asthenia is common and that fatigue may play a role in dizziness as well. Good nutritious diet, exercise, adequate fluids intake will help. Consult your local doctor and let them adjust the blood pressure meds and give you some symptomatic relief for dizziness.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
