No twitching or other symptoms. As far as I know I do not have diabetes.
I don't know if this would be related, but I typically have about two migraines a month and in the last ten days I have had about five. This is not unusual when I have a cluster of migraines. After a cluster I might go a month or more without having another one. Do you think it could be related?

Brief Answer:
Maybe related to blood flow during migrain
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for providing this vital information.
Migraine decreases the blood flow to certain parts of the brain during an attack. This can produce temporary dysfunction of the area involved or even a stroke. It is possible that a small area of the brain representing the area where you feel numb did not get adequate blood during the migraine attack.
Are you on any medicine to prevent the migraine attack? If not you should. Do you take Sumatriptan to abort the headache. If so that can worsen the blood flow. Take only analgesic like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
