Yes I have. Tingling in the crease of my left leg and the tingling is going down my leg... I have had sidiatic nerve down my left leg I have have pain in my left knee as wel . You will need to test an MRI LS spine with pelvis.
You will need to reduce your weight.
Basically, I suspect that the nerves are getting compressed between the bones in your spine.
Meanwhile, get a prescription for pregabalin. Physiotherapy will also help.
