What Causes Tingling Sensation On Right-sided Neck And Shoulder?
Question: Have pins and needle feeling very minute in right side neck and shoulder. MRI of brain and neck show no abnormality
Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to nerve compression.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Although the MRI does not show anything significant, the mentioned symptoms seem to arise from cervical spondylosis or similar causes of nerve compression. If the nerves while leaving from either side of the vertebral column are compressed, they give rise to tingling and numbness over the area they supply. So, I would suggest you to try static neck exercises and see if they help. You can either google out for the techniques or can learn them from a physical therapist.
You can upload the MRI report. That will help better for me to correlate.
