Question: I AM TAKING SEVERAL MEDICINES THEY ALL SEEM TO BE DOING THE SAME THING, ALSO THEY MAKE
ME FEEL TIRED AND SICKLEY AND ACHE IN MY STOMACH, THEY ARE DILTIAZEM ER 320MD, VALSARTAN/HCTZ 320/25MG,METOPROLOLER SUCCINATE 200MG, HYDRALAZINR 25MG, LOW DOSE
ASPI RIN, ONGLYZA, CILOSTAZOL

From these medicines I feel you have hypertension with cardiac (heart) insufficiency. Sometimes multiple medicines are required to control blood pressure. Your blood pressure must have been very high and difficult to control.
Valsartan HCTZ and Metoprolol are for blood pressure although 200 mg seems a high dose.
Hydralzine is also for blood pressure.
Low dose aspirin, Onglyza and Cilostozol are for heart and peripheral blood vessel problem.
Diltiazem ER 320 could be for heart or blood pressure.
I am interested to know what your pulse rate, blood pressure are now.
Also what your ECG and 2D Echo report show. Please revert back.

pulse rate 78, blood pressue is 139/59, after taking these medicines, but they make
my chest hurt real bad. I told the doctors but the only raise the dosage.
