Question: the top of my left hand there is a slight tremor

I am so sorry to hear about this tremor and all the inconveniences this has caused you. It is not uncommon to notice transient tremors. Most are essential and disappear within a few hours or days. They may recur most especially under stressful conditions.

For now, monitor only. If this gets worse, then we will want to se you and evaluate fully. If this disappears, there is no really to get too worried about it any further.
