Brief Answer:
could be cerebral ischemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopedic Surgeon.

At her age and with such symptoms of heaviness and numbness as well as Swelling over (Rt) Leg- I am inclined to think in terms of a brain pathology Like ischemia or degenerative changes.

I'd recommend a CT Brain at the earliest and neurology opinion to assess any involvement.

Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
Regards
