Dizzy Spells About 45 Minutes In Morning, Feels Weak, Unable To Write Or Walk. What To Do ?
My sister in law has had spells about 45 minutes after she gets up in the morning. She becomes weak , can't talk can't write, or walk and has muscle problems. This started happening once in a while but now it is happening every day. at first it would last about an hour and now it is getting longer. She also says she is very thirsty all the time. Now when she walks she is very off balance and has fallen several times.

Hi, it appears that she has myasthenia gravis, or parkinsonism, or if she is old enough may be cerebral ischemia.
