Brief Answer:
Irritant dermatitis; topical moderately potent steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I can see some dark red/ brown, dry, scaly patches in these Images. This seems like an Irritant reaction which could probably be either due to an insect bite Or an Irritant reaction to a topical cream or product that you may have recently used e.g dettol, savlon, depillatory cream etc or something like that.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest that you use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream (e.g momate-f cream), twice daily for a week. It is a prescription product and I suggest that you talk to a doctor in your vicinity for the needful.
A tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from any burning sensation or itching that may also be associated with it.
