
What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting And Headache?

Question: I am having upper abdomen pain for about 18 hours now. I am experiencing vomiting, headache, fast heart rate, weakness, and dizzy spells. The pain is located in the center of my upper abdomen and it is constant. It is a dull swollen pain. I took Fluoxetine about 18 hours ago.
