Brief Answer:
Its most likely due to gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
The most likely reason for upper abdominal pain in this age group with no associated symptoms (such as jaundice, fever, vomiting, bowel and bladder disturbances) is gastritis.
So, I would recommend you to give her antacids such as Ranitidine or Lansoprazole for pain relief.
Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
