Brief Answer:
You need ECG & Endoscopy
Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)…pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on… Still, at this age, it should be the first thing to exclude…
Relation to food is highly suggestive of the pain is arising from food pipe or stomach…
However the wise option is to see an Internist / get yourself examined…
Basic investigation like ECG (Stress EKG), ECHO and Endoscopy are necessary for appropriate diagnosis...
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
