Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and I understand your concern. Usually yawning is a natural process and nothing to worry about. But excessive yawning is worth assessment and needs to be ruled out for sinister causes underneath as yawning indicates less oxygen supply than needed and addition of dizziness with it makes it more likely a disease than just a normal phenomenon.
A sleep disorder like insomnia, narcolepsy or sleep apnea may make a person yawn excessively.
Also heart problems with specially bradycardia ( slower heart rate ) irrespective of the cause is the commonest cause of yawning.
A deranged electrolytes may make a person yawn excessively as well. Lower thyroid activity ( hypothyroidism ) is also common cause of yawning.
Nutshell you need to be evaluated for above mentioned causes specially heart problems to rule out any organic illness underneath. Your doctor will run some labs and rule out sinister causes and once done this yawning will be nothing to worry about.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
