Brief Answer:
You may have stricture from the radiation.

Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!
You may have urinary stricture from the previous radiation treatment from your prostate cancer. This would manifest as urinary frequency and weak urine stream. I would suggest going back to your urologist who treated your prostate cancer to determine the cause of your urinary symptoms.

What treatments, if any, would be available to me in order to rectify the symptoms. Also, could it be damage from the orthoscopic removal of an impacted kidney stone just before I was diagnosed with cancer.
Brief Answer:
Treatment options is incision of the stricture.

Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!
Treatment options would be incision of the stricture via cystoscopy and opening up the urethra. Unfortunately there are no medicine to remove the stricture other than a surgical procedure. Yes previous endoscopic treatment for stone can also lead to urinary stricture.
