Brief Answer:
Ultrasound and cystography

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This is called urinary retention and if there is no UTI then there are several possible causes and most common are urinary tract stones, urethra structure, neurogenic bladder disorders, certain medication and cystocele. You should have more fluids and drink raspberry juice for a start. Also, you need to do ultrasound and cystography to rule all these diagnoses out. Wish you good health. Regards
