Dark color urine can be due to a number of causes including certain drugs, dehydration jaundice, hepatitis, hemolysis, porphyria etc. You should get some investigations done to be more sure about the causative factor. Urinalysis, renal and liver function tests, ultrasound abdomen/pelvis and blood counts can be advised. The bloating is likely to be secondary to dyspepsia and GERD. PPIs can be advised with gastro kinetics like domeperidone for the bloating. Spleenomegaly and ascites can also cause a bloated abdomen with fullness sensation. The ultrasound will confirm or rule out these possibilities.

Yes, drugs including ace inhibitors based on their composition , can impart color to the urine causing it to darken more than usual. If the renal function tests are normal then you have nothing to worry as far as the lisinopril is concerned.
