TO answer your questions, the pellets are to be implanted every three months. I received them 4 months ago in May. I have not had any prior bleeding since menopause. I had Pap 11 months ago.

The bleeding in all probability is due to the withdrawal effect of those hormones.
If you wish, you may get them re implanted as they are due.
If you do not, the bleeding may abate in a few days.
If it does not, you need to see a Specialist OB - GYN, and have an internal evaluation, a Pap smear, and a pelvic ultrasound scan.
The second possibility is that this is atrophic vaginitis ( the local vaginal tissues become brittle and friable and delicate due to deficiency of local estrogen ).
But if the bleeding continues beyond a few days, you need to have an evaluation to rule out other causes.
