Question: if my girlfriends is six week pregnant and experiencing bleeding and cramps and the baby heart rate is around 90, what could this mean for the baby?

At 6 weeks bleeding and a slower heart rate is suggestive of threatened abortion. She needs absolute rest and proper treatment with progesterone therapy and low dose aspirin for the baby to survive.
