What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Cramps After Menopause?

default
Posted on Wed, 1 Jun 2016
Question: My sister has been terribly over weight most of her adult life. She is 61 yr old and of course has been thru menopause. For the past several months she has had vaginal bleeding, cramping, etc. She has also lost over 100 lb in the past year or so. Her dr found a mass. COuld this be ovarian cancer? I should mention that she is on the slow side and may not understand everything, and is about 130 miles from me.

Brief Answer:
Need her reports and more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your sisters health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Before giving my opinion about your sisters problem I want to know where the mass is situated?
Is she had her ultrasound?
Can you please upload her report?
Any other associated symptoms?
Her symptoms could be due to endometrial carcinoma and polyp.
Ovarian carcinoma usually cause amenorrhoea( absence of menses).
But before my opinion I would like to see her reports.
So kindly upload the same.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards
