Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1] First of all do not panic.
2] presence of gestational sac and HCG value of 194; is supporting presence of pregnancy.
3] It is not a menstrual cycle.
4] Usually at 6 weeks size fetal pole and baby heart beats can be seen on USG. If USG does not mention about perisac ( around the sac)bleeding , Please do not worry
5] I will suggest to take rest, be calm; I usually suggest to my patients
use of Injection HCG, oral or vaginal use MICRONIZED Progesterone, Vitamin C ; this treatment helps in such cases.
Of course you will need prescription for the suggested treatment.
6] Review USG after one week will help to know about baby growth.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam
