What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Urination?
Question: I am a 54 yr old female who has recently noticed blood after urination when wiping. I have also been experiencing burning all the time not just when urinating. I have had a very strong urine odor. I did have a dip stick UA at my physician's off with no leukocytes or nitrates present. They ran a culture which is not yet complete. I am very concerned regarding Cancer.

Since you noticed blood while urinating you need to wait for the urine culture report to see what kind of growth is found in the culture.
Symptoms of cancer can be blood in urine and you need to go for a ct scan of whole abdomen. You can to ER to get it done.
I will advise you to take Tranexamic acid tablet 500 my thrice daily after food for 3 days with your doctors advise to stop the bleeding.
