Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
All the vaginal discharge are not necessarily due to Thrush. In Yeast infection (thrush) the discharge would most likely be curdy white in nature and vagina appears red and itching. There are other causes for discharge like Trichomonas infection, Bacterial vaginitis, Gonorrehea, Chlamydia etc. A careful examination of vagina, cervix, and the nature of the discharge along with certain laboratory investigation on the vaginal discharge the diagnosis can be arrived and on the basis of out come, the treatment has to be given.
Sore throat after sex, especially after oral sex and kissing is quite common either due to air born infection during close intimacy and also due to direct salivary contamination. This would not be necessarily due to STD causes. With a course of antibiotics as per the advice of your physician you will be alright.
As you had unprotected sex, get tested for STD/HIV after widow period and rule out these possibilities. Till then it is better to abstain from sex.

Ordinary bacterial sore throat will respond usually to Amoxycillin.
Thrush or yeast infection is common for any woman than the other. but a specialist will examine and fix the diagnosis and treat for the same. This more scientific and reliable.

You can have unprotected sex with regular known partner
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back
Herpes is of two types. Type 1 is non venereal and Type 2 is sexually transmitted disease.
HIV 2 will be transmitted to the partner during the episodes of recurrences or around the recurrences and not during the long gap. You can have unprotected sex with your regular and known partner about whom you knew better.
