What Causes Vibrations In Tongue And Numb Left Arm?

Question: My wife is 45 and in good shape, while we where at lunch she told me me her tongue was vibrating, then her left arm became numb.I took the vitals and they were 92 over 57 and pulse 73. Now 1 hr later it's 99 over 55 and 70. What should I do?

Hello

Probably she had TIA- transient ischaemic attack, a condition just short of brain stroke, which may lead to stroke.

See doctor sooner/urgently.

Doctor might want to get MRI brain done.

Do not allow her to undertake any physical activity. Keep her under observation.
