Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these tiny veins that you have reported on your face. I will suggest that you send an image for review so that I personally see what these veins look like, what the cause is and make suggestions on what can be done to address them. Without an image, it would be difficult to provide personalized and helpful information to you.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
This is vascular telengiectasia!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this image.
I have reviewed the image. This is suggestive of this a disease condition called telengiectasia in which there is a proliferation of small vessels on the skin surface. Treatment of this condition entails destroying these veins. The most commonly used procedure is laser therapy. This entails getting rid of the veins using laser techniques. I will recommend that you talk you a dermatologist to check on where these services can be offered in your neighborhood.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me updated about this. If there is anything more that you may want me to talk about, do not hesitate.
