Brief Answer:
tests advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have vomiting in first three months of pregnancy.
She should take dry meals and avoid taking water along with meals.
She should eat whatever she likes especially fruits, salads and even biscuits and cakes.
In case she still vomits then tablet doxinate can be taken which will stop vomitings and make her feel comfortable.
But before taking medicines she should get
- blood pressure assessment
- a transvaginal ultrasound
- thyroid hormone testing
- complete blood count
- liver function tests.
These tests will ensure that she has a normal intrauterine pregnancy and that the cause of vomiting is just simply pregnancy related normal vomiting.
In case you have other questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
avoid liquid diet

Detailed Answer:
Yes it happens that's why I was telling you that she should avoid taking water with food.
Rather take water after an hour or so of meals.
It is in her best interest to avoid liquid diet along with meals.
But in case vomiting persists then visit a gynecologist for examination and tests and she will prescribe you drugs accordingly.
All the best
