What Causes Vomiting In An Infant?

Question: My Baby is 4.5 months old and we just started on Nan Pro 1 yesterday, but she has been throwing up heavily atleast once or twice a day after starting Nan. is it possible that Nan is not suiting my baby? The vomit looks like it has lot of cough in it
