From what I understand you developed vomiting, diarrhea, shivering and abdominal pain 2 weeks after gall bladder surgery (removal). Since you described it as very bad vomiting and diarrhea, infection seems more likely to me.
Abdominal fullness, nausea and increased bowel movements are the common symptoms experienced with gall bladder removal. Hence I will look at infection (viral bug) first.
