Brief Answer:
its not cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear XXXXXXX ji.

The symptoms you elaborated are non specific. I advise you to undergo a health checkup, but need not urgently.

Your weight is definitely more according to your height and age. So continue with the exercise, its very important for you. Instead of increasing speed, you should emphasize upon regularity and duration.

Alcohol gives feeling of warmth to all, but excessive sweating is abnormal. This may be related to some alcohol metabolic enzyme deficiency in your body or some other side effect. The better idea will be to quit alcohol. There are many hospitals or de-addiction centres which may help you. Sometimes obesity itself causes feeling of warmth and sweating or it may be related to excess of sympathetic system activity.

Your blood reports are near normal except for the cholesterol. Normal level of HDL cholesterol is a good sign.

Rather than going for costly tests, better idea is to adopt a healthy life style and to avoid any toxic substances like alcohol or tobacco. Our liver always considers alcohol as a toxic substance. 'binge drinking' is more harmful than taking small amount of alcohol daily. Its like taking a small amount of poison daily that our body can easily detoxify (e.g. mosquito mats) and having a large amount of poison at a time that is difficult to detoxify for liver.

The neck pain may not be related to your drinking habit, it is related to your working and reading habits. Seems to be muscular pain. You should start physiotherapy for that to get long term benefit.

Also reduce the dose of capsules you are taking. just one capsule per day is enough. consultation with a physician is advocated.

I will also advise you to adopt yoga and other mind cooling activities like meditation. that will definitely help you.

feel free to ask further.
