Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. What you are experiencing is fecal incontinence which can occur due to various causes, which I shall go ahead and list for you sir:
+Hemorrhoids
+Infections (e.g. gastroenteritis)
+Anal fissure
+Fistula-in-ano
+Chronic constipation
+Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
+Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
+Spine or nerve abnormalities (e.g. herniated disc, trauma to the spine, stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc.)
and a few others.
So the first thing I would recommend sir is to visit a doctor for a physical examination and a more elaborate evaluation of your history to find the cause and accordingly direct management.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.

If all other causes ruled out, then a colonoscopy would be best
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.
This test is not designed to confirm cancer, it is a general test to view the interior of the lower half of the gastrointestinal tract. It will provide your doctor on information of the inside of your lower GIT.
If there are any abnormalities found, we can help sort the issue. So your doctor must have ruled out conditions like anal fissure, fistula, weakening of the anal sphincter, etc.? If so, then a colonoscopy would be apt to take things forward.
Please do not hesitate to write back to me, I am always here to help and guide you.
Best wishes.
