What Causes Watery Right Eye Along With Blurring Vision?

Unilateral epiphora
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You seem to have developed Nasolacrimal duct obstruction (NLDO) on the right side which may be acquired and is likely to be due to dacryoliths or cast formation. Alliteratively obstruction is due to canalicular plugs which can migrate to and occlude the NLD (as you bend forward).
Obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct leads to the excess overflow of tears called epiphora, in your case from right eye.
The XXXXXXX disappearance test (DDT) is useful for assessing the presence or absence of adequate lacrimal outflow, especially in unilateral cases.
You need to consult Opthalmologist.
