Brief Answer:
Not with BCG,

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear,
Welcome to the HCM,
BCG has nothing to do with loose stools.
Weight of the baby is fine.
Usually exclusvely breast fed child do pass loose stools because iof the gastocolic reflex. Some times every time they are fed they pass watery yellowish stools in small quantity.
Chances of infections are quite less in exclusively breast fed babies excepts if unwashed fingers etc are put in their mouth.
Provided we have not added any thing except the breast like some epecial ritual water/ghutee/honey etc till then they are very less chances of infection.

If the stools are frothy/foul smelly/ mucoid/ deep green or mixed with little blood then one can think of some infection and for that one should go for the stool culture and sensiitivity which will give us the exact cause of the problem.
But in your case it all appears to be normal watery stools because of the mothers milk and is not a case to be alarmed .
Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for the further clarification.
Thanks
