What Causes Watery Stools?
Question: what could be the causes of watery stools every three or four day. There is no abdominal pain. I have face unusually difficult stressful situations for eight months now and am on 200mg zoloft and 30 mg temazapam.

Watery stools every three or four days is called '' altered bowel movements'', and the most probable reason is some problem in the large bowel:
This can be anything from an inflammatory process to malignancy.
Yes, the stress can add on the problem like this , but can not be the lone reason. You are already quite an high dose of Zoloft. Temazepam is fine.
I would advise all such patients of your age group the following:
Get a proper course of an antibiotic for 5 days. If there is complete resolution - no worry.
If the condition is not much improved for for further investigation - colonoscopy and CT scan abdomen being the most important.
You should get cancer of the large bowel ''ruled out''. and to see for any other conditions.
Do not use Imodium at all. This is not the indication for it. It is used only in acute and severe cases
