I think its a good idea to abstain. You need not curse your self for its normal from time to time, after repeated and continuous masturbation to experience some weak erections.
I suggest being positive, eat healthy, getting enough foreplay with your girl friend before sex. Enough caressing and kissing. you might present where you are most sensitive to her. Spending more time before penetration with foreplay improves quality of erections.
I am convinced being positive and abstaining for a couple of days would help. I believe in being positive, proper diet, fruit rich and exercise.

I think the psychosocial component is important. I really think you just need a couple of days.
Be positive. Continuous masturbation could reduce the expected / esteemed libido, which really does not mean your libido is real low.
I just suggest you do exercise, be positive.
In case it persists, there are a few drugs that could help. Sildenafil and Yohimbine could he helpful.
But I really do not think you need to start thinking about drugs now. Too early but just be positive.
