Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It is not essential that every heart disease gets evident on ECHO , TMT, ECG. And its also not essential that every symptom which relates to heart disease is actually due to cardiac problems.
To help you better I need following details:
1. Please explain what symptoms you have and since when?
2. Any history of any thyroid disease?
3. Any medications you are taking?
4. Smoking and Alcohol consumption.
Revert with these details and please properly mention in detail all the symptoms you get.

Sir, my problem started close to 10-12 years back. When it started there were few stronge sensations (like spasm) coupled with sweating. The episodes were of very small durations (few seconds). Since few years the episodes are of little large durations (10 seconds) followed by sweating and increase in heart rate (90-100 bpm).
I never have had thyroid disease. I am not on any medications. I am a non smoker and occassional drinker (takes alcohol once in 2-3 months).
I have irritable bowel syndrome and gastritis which is under control be lifstyle changes.
The sysmptoms I get are wierd sensations like heart muscle spasm and strange heart beats. They occurs without any reason and are not linked to my physical activities.
A holter monitoring was done for 24 hours and and event recorder was done for 7 days. Incidnetly they didn't came during that period.
Please help me as I am under depression due to this scary but unidentifiable problem.

Detail Follows.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
This seems to be due to anxiety. But to say that's anxiety we need to be sure that it's not due to any disease.
I would advice you simply to get a Thyroid Profile done.
Also it is important to get again a holter monitoring. If nothing comes out in that again I would say that is stress induced.
There is no harm in getting a repeat holter done.
If you have any further query please ask me.
