What Causes Whistling Noises While Breathing?
Question: Whistling noises that are there when breathing? I did used to smoke cannabis for around 1 year? Started getting pain when turning over in bed? Are any of these linked?

Noises during sleeping are signs of obstruction of the airways.
This can be due to allergic situation gave the fact that you are so young.
For this I would recommend you the following tests:
Prick test
Specific IgE levels
Pneumoalergens
Spirometry test
If they come positive then you will be prescribed inhalers (like Ventolin) steroids if needed and antihistamines.
With all these, you will feel better
There doesn't seem like any connection between smoking cannabis, whistling breath and pain, do not worry.

This symptom is usually experienced from the patients mainly during the breathing in the sleeping time.
