What Causes White Blisters On The Tongue?

Question: I have white blisters under tongue and tongue stays so sensitive to spicy foods. It always fills like the hide has came off... Ive had them for about two years and been to a ENT dr. they say since the white patches go away up in the day , its prob nothing but the sensitivity is crazy when trying to eat. seem to started when I started my blood pressure medicine two years ago......Family dr said no way that could be it.....funny that that's when it started...just need a second opinion

Any history of smoking or tobacco use?

no diabetics in family
not ever smoked and dr gave me hydrochlorothiazide for blood presure
