What Causes White Blotches During Exertion Over Trunk And Face?

Can not be related to heart problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
White blotches during exertion over trunk and face can not be related to any heart disease unless there are any symptoms of chest pain, uneasiness, vomiting, breathlessness.
So,there is no need to worry and be rested.
This white blotches could be related to dermatological issue like exercise induced urticaria which will need visual inspection by some local doctor or dermatologist in order to have a diagnosis.
Here,I would like to ask you few questions.
1) do you have any disease like diabetes or hypertension?
2) are you taking any medications?
3) do you have any family history of heart problem?
4) are this white blotches get disappear after exertion or persists for some time?
Kindly get back to me with some more information.

One other comment is that I don't that I have urticaria. I looked it up online and saw numerous photos and none of them resemble my symptoms. My blotches are small white blotches. What I saw online for urticaria were red blotches, dots and rashes.
Let me know what you think. Thanks.
White blotches needs visual inspection to diagnose.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
It is good that you do not have DM and HTN.
For slight high cholesterol, you can reduce your weight with avoiding fatty foods.
Now,considering your family history of heart disease,I would suggest you to undergo ECG every 6 monthly to monitor the activity of heart periodically.
But at present there is no need to worry,so be rested.Your father was heart attack does not necessarily mean that you might also suffer from heart problem but periodical XXXXXXX check up is advisable.
Lastly, your white blotches must get inspected by doctor to get some clue.Without visual inspection i can not say surely on that but if they go away quickly then i don't think there is anything to bother much.
If it persists then you can take photograph of that when they appear.
Hope this will help you.
Regards,
