What Causes White Patch On The Right Buttocks?

Question: I have a white/tan patch on my right butt cheek. It doesn't hurt. It looks like a round dent. Tiny bite of hair are growing out of it and tiny dots of my normal skin color are on it... it has been there for a long time now. Maybe 6 months or more. Any ideas?
