1) Oral sub-mucous fibrosis common in tobacco & supari chewer .
2) Infection - viral / Bacterial / fungal .
3) Aphthous ulcers
4) Chronic tonsillitis
Till then , I would advice
Use antiseptic mouth wash like chlorhexidine / Betadine thrice daily &
Tab Vitamin C twice daily to promotes healing .

You will get relief .

I have seen your picture . These white patches are because of Oral sub-mucous fibrosis common in tobacco , Gutka & supari chewer .

No need to worry much. It is not an infection or cancer . You need to avoid tobacco , gutka & supari if you are using to prevent further white patches formation & prevent further decrease mouth opening .

Use diluted antiseptic mouth wash like chlorhexidine / Betadine twice daily ,
Tab Vitamin C twice daily to promotes healing &
Syp Zincovit twice daily .

Use above treatment plan for 1 month & review back to me

You will get relief .
