The presence of large white tissue in menstruation is unlikely unless you have been suspecting pregnancy. THIS could be a product of conception . I suggest please get a serum beta hcg done to check if it wasnot pregnancy and you may have just passed an gestational sac.Also get an ultrasound pelvis done to check for any endometrial collections as well.
