Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concerns.
Yes, it is,quite normal to have a slight increase in vaginal discharge during pregnancy. Do you have any associated symptoms like itching or burning on passing urine?
You should take a wholesome diet rich in carbohydrates, proteins and an adequate amount of fat. Breakfast you can choose from among stuffed paranthas along with curd, a bowl of corn flakes, eggs, south XXXXXXX food, a glass of milk, a handful of dry fruits, fruit juice etc. Lunch should include chapattis and green vegetables, salad etc. Evening snacks may include sandwitches, cakes, chocolates etc. Dinner you can have chapattis along with pulses, rice, salads etc. Include at least 2-3 servings of seasonal fruits. Take a glass of milk before going to bed. Make sure you eat something every 2-3 hours as the growing fetus needs a constant supply of nutrients. Your diet should be wholesome and consist of green vegetables, fruits, paneer, wheat, rice, pulses, milk, nuts etc
You can have sex if you and your sexual partners are comfortable with it. Make sure your partner if not too aggressive during sex. However any abdominal pain or bleeding/ spotting is a strict no for sex.

Brief Answer:
Regarding vaginal discharge and other general queries

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

1. Itching and vaginal discharge could be due to candidal/yeast infection.
I suggest you to use Clotrimazole vaginal pessary (Candid V6 pessary) once daily at night for 6 days.

2. You can ride on a bike. If its a smooth ride its not an issue. A rough, bumpy ride is to be avoided as much as possible.

3. Your job is very comfortable. You can continue with it as long as you wish as it would also keep you engaged.

4. Yes, you can have coconut water. Its a good source of minerals and good for you as well as baby.

Regards
