Brief Answer:
WHITE DISCHARGE ALONE IS NORMAL.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Just white discharge per se by itself is not something to worry about.
If there are accompanying signs of infection - such as redness, pain, tenderness, itching, foul smelling odour etc, then you should worry.
During certain phases of the menstrual cycle, around ovulation for example, or just before your period, you might feel that you have an excessive amount of white discharge, which is quite normal.
What part of the menstrual cycle are you in right now?
If there is no other evidence of infection, please do not think much of the white discharge.
All the best

Brief Answer:
AGAIN, NOT WORRISOME UNTIL PART OF INFECTION

Detailed Answer:
10 days away from your period is the time when white discharge peaks.
That is normal for this part of the menstrual cycle.
Canestin is an antifungal, and works for yeast infections.
White discharge is a part of yeast infection, but it would be accompanied by itching , redness and other signs of an infection.
Till those appear, it is just white discharge, and nothing to worry about.
Take care.
