What Causes Whitish Skin And Open Sores Around Anus?
Question: This very embarrasing. Yesterday the skin around my anus got whitish and now I have weeping open sores all around my anus. It is extremely painful.
I have been putting Neosporin on it.

As your problem started since yesterday, there might not be having big problem like Fistula in ano or anal abscess.
There might be having some irritation due to something bite or dermatitis or soreness on the part due to worm infestation or chronic infection leading to bacterial infection.
You have to go for antibiotic medicines like Amoxicilin, Clavunic acid combination or Ofloxacilin or Levofloxacilin course for 3-5 days.
Take some anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen as well.
Clean local part with antiseptic lotion like Betadine and continue with applying Neosporin cream.
For having oral antibiotic medicine you have to consult your doctor.
Avoid constipation.
Go for worm infestation medicine course like Albendazole if you have worm infestation.
