Brief Answer:
Do home pregnancy test. Review with report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

1) White vaginal discharge and tiredness are NON-SPECIFIC symptoms of pregnancy. However, I suggest her to undergo one home pregnancy test if she misses her regular monthly period.

2) Review with pregnancy test report for next management. Take health diet and adequate bed rest. Maintain genital hygiene properly. No medicine is required at this stage.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish her good health.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
