What Causes Yellow Fleshy Lumps In Throat With The History Of Tonsils?

Question: male 26 non smoker, enlarged tonsils for years with tonsil stones and pus! numerous blood tests and ultrasounds to ease my anxiety but not working! have yellow fleshy lumps down the back of my throat gp isn't worried but I am going out of my mind with this now! can you see images attached?

thanks for replying, ive had a blocked nose and have to constantly pop my ears like you do whilst taking off and landing on a plane! can this condition cause sinus problems like I'm experiencing? thanks again

no ent as my doctor doest want to refer me as they don't seem to think anything might be wrong....... and no allergies I'm aware of no.

I may just go and wait in out of hours at the hospital I'm fed up of my gp's reluctance to help! notntaling any drugs and no have not had the flu vaccine
