I am HIV & HCV positive man and on ART from 4 years. My wife is HIV- who married to me 2 years ago. We want to conceive a child naturally as other methods did not work like IVF. Kindly suggest the solution. As i studied reports and all says if viral load is undetectable for 6 months then we can conceive naturally.
